Siva and Kasthuri decided to move when their 4-room loft BTO was no longer enough to house Siva’s camera equipment and their three cats. They sold the flat and are now happy in a more spacious 1,830 sq ft HDB resale in Marsiling. 

HDB's Prime Location Housing (PLH) model will apply to prime HDB flats, starting with the Rochor BTO in Nov 2021. You can expect additional subsidies with clawback, 10-year MOP, and tighter eligibility criteria for resale buyers.

The Rochor BTO project will have 960 units of three-room and four-room flats, and 40 units of two-room rental flats.

La Ville at Tanjong Rhu sits on a 47,012 sq ft site zoned for Residential use and is going for $148 million.
