The advice is to mediate first, preferably through a neutral or third-party mediator. If the situation does not improve, even after 3rd-party mediation, you may also want to raise this with the Strata Titles Board, as suggested in the article.

What if your MCST is extra abusive? When we moved in, our unit was flooded because MCST let the drains clog. The MCST people barks at us, does not allow us on our industrial unit at night, charges us extra to get in and out, fines us randomly.
