Despite its rather far-flung location, the Yishun BTO site enjoys decent public transport connections at about a 16-minute walk from Khatib MRT station on the North South Line (NSL), which connects directly to the city centre via Orchard and Raffles Place MRT stations.
One of the most attractive features of the Yishun HDB BTO June 2024 site is its proximity to the scenic Lower Seletar Reservoir Park, which is within walking distance. The nearby Khatib Bongsu Park Connector leads through Yishun Central to Singapore’s scenic northeast coast.
