- From June 2024 BTO launch onwards, the HDB Staggered Downpayment Scheme will be enhanced to help young couples finance their new homes
- From 2024, there will be three, instead of four, yearly BTO launches: February, June, and October
- HDB will launch fewer BTO flats in 2024, about 19,600, down from 22,780 in 2023
- As announced in the National Day Rally 2023 speech, this HDB BTO June 2024 launch will be the last BTO launch that uses mature and non-mature estate categories
- Henceforth, from H2 2024, the newly launched BTO flats will be classified as Standard, Plus, or Prime
