Hi, My landlord keep using spare key to enter the room that i rent without any permission. Although there is no mention in the agreement that landlord are allow to enter tenant’s room while tenant not in the room, but I felt that my privacy has been invaded. The agreement did mention I need to stay for min 1 year in order to get back my deposit if i wish to move out. Is there any way to restrict from landlord entering my room istead of directly talk to landlord?
On top of that i just discover that my landlord did not register me as a tenant to hdb. And i already live here for 5 months, can i request to terminate my TA early?
