As we cross the 2020 mark, we’ll see more HDB developments in Punggol crossing the five-year HDB MOP mark as well. As such, we’ll be seeing more and more Punggol HDB developments being listed for sale. Among the Punggol developments that are now eligible for resale, Waterway Brooks is one of those that potential buyers should look out for. 

While the nearest MRT station, Punggol MRT, isn’t exactly ‘near’ (it’s 5 minutes by car). However, the good news is that Damai LRT station sits right beside Waterway Brooks, and the station is just a station away from Punggol MRT. For those who drive, Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) are also easily accessible. 

One thing we love about the Punggol is that the area was built with families in mind. It’s no wonder why you can see multiple primary schools, childcare centres and pre-schools nearby, including Oasis Primary School, Punggol View Primary School, Bright Kids Pre-School. With the upcoming Punggol Digital District set to be completed in 2023, residents in the area will stand to benefit even further, including job opportunities as well as the new Singapore of Institute Technology University campus.

Apart from that, there are a host of amenities and shopping malls around this waterfront living project. Right across the street are NTUC Fairprice and two coffee shops. Waterway Point, Rivervale Mall and Punggol Plaza are nearby shopping malls. There is also a growing number of cafes in Punggol you can check out

The area isn’t short of natural spots too; along the Punggol Waterway, you can take a stroll with your family to get to Punggol Waterway Point and enjoy the benefits of living near nature with your family. Furthermore, Coney Island, Punggol Waterway Park and Lorong Halus Wetland are within close proximity, so there’s plenty of recreational things to do with the family.
