Huttons Group has announced the appointments of Mr Yeo Chin Hao as its new legal counsel and Mr Shaun Tan as Head of Training & Special Projects.
Mr Yeo will be leading the company in all legal aspects, and provide consultation to increase associates’ professionalism and level of customer service. He will further contribute to Huttons in-house knowledge management system. Mr Yeo comes with a wealth of experience, with key strengths in real estate law and corporate/commercial law. He was the previous legal counsel of fashion retailer F J Benjamin. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and is called to the Singapore Bar.
Mr Mark Yip, Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Asia said, “Chin Hao is very experienced in real estate and commercial law. He has a long relationship with Huttons as he had conducted training sessions for our associates in his practice. Furthermore, many associates would call him when they needed prompt advice.”

Meanwhile, Mr Tan will spearhead companywide training and champion various new initiatives to empower all Huttons associates. Prior to joining Huttons, Mr Tan was from the largest privately-held developer Far East Organization where he had accumulated experience in various aspects of the real estate business namely operations, marketing, research, business development and product development.
He implemented training roadmap for sales personnel, conducted trainings and developed a knowledge management repository across various departments. Mr Tan also holds a Bachelor of Business Communications conferred by the University of Queensland and an MBA from the University of Wales.
“Shaun’s varied skillsets and background in real estate will help our agency find a new edge in the everchanging real estate environment. We are committed to delivering training solutions and value to our associates. Chin Hao and Shaun are key additions to our management team and will no doubt strengthen us.
