Has stability returned to the HDB resale market?
Resale HDB flat prices continued to fall in 2016, but only slightly, an indication that prices have largely stabilised. This has led to increased demand for resale flats, especially larger units. Meanwhile, the supply of a new crop of BTO flats this year will also exert more pressure on resale prices.
