Located in Sengkang, OLA is a 548-unit Executive Condominium (EC) located at Anchorvale Crescent in Sengkang. Helmed by Anchorvale Pte Ltd (a joint developed by Evia Real Estate and Gamuda Land), the District 19, 99-year leasehold project spans nine 16-storey towers and is expected to be completed by 2024.

The Spanish theme continues with a hand-crafted Lladro chandelier worth S$500,000 – featuring 200 porcelain fairies – that will be the centrepiece of OLA’s entrance lobby upon completion. Meanwhile, motorised balcony blinds that are included for all units will be patterned with Lladro-inspired motifs.
OLA EC will have full-suite facilities, including a 50-metre lap pool, tennis court and a clubhouse with a lounge and function rooms. There are also culinary and event cabanas alongside a grill station and bar for entertaining guests.
Facilities in the EC also include a 115-metre elevated forest walkway replete with a sensory garden, biodiversity pond, and a dedicated pet playground.
The OLA EC is also one of the first condos to offer a telehealth service. Called the HiDoc service, this is a kiosk that residents can use to remotely consult accredited doctors. There’s a webcam and touchscreen to handle the consultation, and the kiosk has sensors to take temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs.
Residents will be able to receive their medication within hours—a medical concierge who will dispense medications directly to their doorstep. In addition, OLA residents can also request for house calls or caregiver services through the kiosk. Terms and conditions apply.
Each unit within OLA also features an energy-efficient Samsung smart home starter kit, which includes a digital lock, smart gas heater and motorised blinds, among other remotely-controlled compatible smart devices.
Surrounding Amenities
OLA is an EC with multiple amenities at its doorstep. It’s a short 350-metre walk to the nearby Anchorvale Village neighbourhood mall and a 10-minute walk, or one Light Rail Transit (LRT) stop away, from Sengkang Central (Sengkang MRT, Compass One shopping mall).
From Cheng Lim LRT, residents can also access the amenities at Fernvale, or transfer to the North-East MRT line at Sengkang for a seamless route into the city.
Those caring for elderly parents or with medical needs will also benefit from the proximity of Sengkang Community Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital. The hospital compound offers an additional choice of nearby eateries.
