- In the upcoming October 2024 BTO exercise, 8,500 BTO flats will be available across Ang Mo Kio, Bedok (across three sites), Bukit Batok, Geylang, Jurong West, Kallang/Whampoa (across three sites), Pasir Ris, Sengkang (across two sites), and Woodlands
- Unlike previous years, this will be the third and final BTO launch for 2024, bringing the total number of BTO flats launched in 2024 to 19,600
- The Oct 2024 BTO flats will be released under the Standard, Plus, and Prime categories; singles will be able to apply for all 2-room Flexi BTO flats, regardless of location
- The first homes in Bayshore will be launched; we can expect about 7,000 Bayshore Oct 2024 BTO flats

The Kembangan neighbourhood remains fairly quiet, but that is set to change with the new amenities in store. There are three Kallang/Whampoa Oct BTO 2024 sites in the upcoming launch. The first Kallang/Whampoa October BTO 2024 project is bounded by the Central Expressway and May Road. If living close to the CBD is your preference, you’ll want to look out for the Kallang/Whampoa Oct BTO 2024 project which is bounded by North Bridge Road and Crawford Street. Residents can enjoy local fare at the numerous nearby hawker centres or head over. The nearby Haji Lane area offers many alternatives with an array of trendy cafes, chic bars, and restaurants.
