I have transacted more than 10 properties ranging from humble 3 room HDB flat to condos and link bungalow. I have not met an agent who works harder and FASTER than Yishah!

My very first call to Yishah resulted in 4 viewing that very evening. I remember asking her did she have an assistant to make the appointment for her , she told me no. At that moment, I knew I’m dealing with a “race horse” and not a “pony”.

I ask, because she told me she was having training and will only get back to me later in that afternoon.

In that short afternoon, having training and able to make not one but four appointments is what NOT many agent can or will do.

I’m a fussy buyer and I knew exactly What I wanted in a my flat. After viewing more than 40 flats through her, I finally found my choice flat and that, only I have to forgo my first option through another agent.

Despite already optioned one of the flat through another agent. Yishah did not give up. Just before I was about to exercise my option. Yishah told me one of the flat that I was interested is putting back to the market for sale.

To cut the story short Yishah managed to close the case and I happily forgo my option money for the first flat and bought my preferred flat through Yishah.

And by the way, she also managed to sell my own flat in a very short time.
