By the end of 2023, close to 20,000 homes, including residential private properties and Executive Condominiums (ECs), were completed. In tandem with more homeowners moving into their new homes, since the second half of 2023, some demand has been pulled away from rental properties. As more developments receive their Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2024, this may also give way to more rental listings put up on the market.
