Comment on 5 crazy things that would happen if condo managements ruled Singapore by Unhappy in Pine Grove

I'm happy that I no longer stay in Pine Grove. Be aware of the NO PARKING sign all around possible access near any building blocks. On average the MC clamps 1-2 cars PER DAY and request for 75+gst to release the car. The paint on the floor is NOT obvious especially from driver's view. CAUTION!! Ps. gym is not free even for resident, 1 SGD per entry. PPs. a lot of mosquito, last year dengue red zone for a loooong time and made me got dengue PPPs. Residents like to complaint. Take photos and sent to MC. Especially for blk 1N. Watch out.

Try BTOs, as an elderly, you have better chances, especially if your current flat is within 4km of your BTO flat. Im married, above 55yrs of age, within 4km of my current flat, applied for 2rm flexi, in nov BTO tengah, & got it within 1st attempt. My friend applied the same and got it within the 1st attempt too. Please try it on may or aug bto.
