Note: The HDB BTO December 2023 projects have been launched. Applications close on 11 December 2023, 11.59pm.

The Dec 2023 BTO launch offers 6,057 units across seven estates: Bedok, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Bukit Panjang, Jurong West, Queenstown, and Woodlands.

The HDB BTO December 2023 projects located in more central locations like the Alexandra Peaks Bukit Merah HDB BTO Dec 2023 and Ulu Pandan Vista Queenstown HDB BTO Dec 2023 projects are launched under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. Such BTO flats come with different rules from other BTO flats, including a 10-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).

Applicants should also take note of four BTO application updates, which kickstarted from the HDB BTO October 2023 BTO launch:

  • First-timer applicants who receive a BTO ballot but reject it will be considered second-timer applicants for a year. If they reject their BTO ballots again, they won’t be eligible to apply for any BTO launches for the following year
  • The Family and Parenthood Priority Scheme (FPPS) has replaced the Parenthood Priority Scheme (PPS). This update comprises a new priority subset: First-timer (Parents and Married Couples), or the FT(PMC). Up to 40% of BTO flats are reserved for this category of applicants in each BTO sales exercise
  • FT(PMC) applicants who do not receive BTO ballots when applying for flats will receive additional ballots in subsequent rounds to increase their chances of getting a home
  • All BTO applicants need to submit their applications with a valid HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter, which assesses their HDB flat, CPF Housing Grant, and HDB loan eligibility. The HFE letter takes about 21 working days to process, and recent delays have been reported – so we advise that you apply for it in advance of BTO launches!
