Mr. Thomas Tan’s career in this sector has been nothing short of remarkable. He has progressed from
a dedicated salesperson to an accomplished entrepreneur, successfully establishing & managing his own real estate agency. He has also assumed pivotal senior management positions within prominent leading listed real estate firms in Singapore, amassing a wealth of industry–specific experience & expertise.
Mr. Tan’s dedication to education and training within the real estate industry is recognised by many
salespersons. Since 2011, he has fervently provided guidance & knowledge to over 12,000 learners in the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) & Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Courses. His commitment to equipping others with the skills necessary for success has significantly influenced & enriched the real estate landscape.
In addition to this, Mr. Tan’s exemplary involvement extends to his tenure as President of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) from 2017 to 2021. SEAA, an esteemed industry body representing almost 7,000 members, is dedicated to advocating for the interests of salespersons & estate agencies. During his term, Mr. Tan contributed to several committees, namely the Council for Estate Agencies (Council Member), CEA Digital Property Transaction Workgroup (Deputy Chair), and Alliance for Action (AFA).
