Roqy is affectionately known as ‘Mama Rock’ in the industry, her vibrant personality and outgoing nature makes her a natural people-person. Her ability to strike a rapport with clients and understand their lifestyle needs plays a crucial role in shaping the team’s client-centric approach.
Roqy Koh, a working mother of two, graduated from Singapore Management University. Prior to becoming a realtor, she explored in her earlier years as Market Researcher, Business Developer, Regional Head of IT and Risk Manager, before stepping into the world of real estate. The companies she joined were mostly the majors in its industry. One of her more memorable ones was a Swiss IT company as a business developer whose clients are in the Oil and Gas industry; which she spearheaded the IT department of the MNC and later joined them in the Risk Management team to broaden her tactical risk aversion knowledge beyond the IT. Her last stint was as a Business Developer for SMEs in a design firm that produces many international and local products that shaped the community. All these varied roles in her past experience has groomed her into a very prudent sales person with tenacity.

The Silent Team Hustler
Rick graduated from Singapore Polytechnic and served in the Airforce where he learnt the importance of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork before he became a full fledged realtor. He appears to be a man of few words, but he’s the silent pillar of strength in this partnership. His calm demeanor and analytical approach to Real Estate had been instrumental in navigating the complex property market. His quick wits and ability to concurrently rack up his research and compile data while engaging with clients sets him apart and makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

What Roqy and Rick have in common is they are both proud parents of two; two cute boys and two furry babies. It dates back in 2017 when Rick and Roqy met during a cobroke deal. Both were from the same agency. A coffee session at the cafe below their office was where their work relationship began. Initially, they were cobrokers then they became friends who respect each other’s work ethic and dedication towards their clients. Over the years, they watch each other grow in their respective careers.
They went on to venture into different agencies one after another to explore what can make them better realtors. During those times, they continued to help one another and kept close contact through work. A pivotal moment arrived in 2022 when their common friend posed a very genuine and almost ridicule question “Why don’t you both partner each other?”. It was almost instantaneous the sparks ignited. A heartfelt conversation was all it took to forever alter their professional paths where they discovered a shared vision for their careers.
United by their common purpose, Rick and Roqy harnessed their individual strengths to foster an environment of trust and collaboration. They leveraged their complimentary skills and innate talents to unlock a whole new level of consultancy service that leaves lasting impact to their clients’ lives.
It was not all smooth sailing. Many rounds of discoveries, and fine tuning were inevitable.
