Hi Abdillah,
If you have sold Treasure at Tampines, and do not own any other properties.

You will be considered buying the resale EC as your 1st Property.

No ABSD ,
For Singaporean 1st Property.
Buyer’s stamp duty applies.

3% – $5400 for properties below $1m
4% – $15,400 if more than $1m
