I have a few predictions for sers. Here they are:
Farrer Road. Although Blocks 1-8 Farrer Road are a stone’s throw away from an MRT station, they only underwent Main Upgrading Programme in 1994 and nothing else. Besides, most blocks don’t have their lifts stopping at every floor, which could mean this is a SERS site! A limitation however, is that Block 1 and 5 had an additional lift landing installed at the top floor (initially residents on top floor did not have direct lift access and had to climb down a floor) which slightly lowers the chance.
