i would like to check if there is a max usage of the grants provided?
e.g if i have 130k in grant, 50k in OA, and im buying a 350k HDB 3-RM
20% of the downpayment would be @70k.
130k of grants already exceeds the 20% mark
Am i able to fully use the 130k to pay a higher downpayment?
or is the grant capped at a limit to only assist me in paying for the downpayment?
