Need to know for first time BTO buyer applying for enhanced housing grant application.
HLE letter approved as flat application before 9 May 2023.
The applicant need to be working with salary at point for first BTO appointment to book the new flat for the EHG application eligibility with HLE letter.
Or EHG eligibility is based on applicant salary during application for the BTO at sale launch with HLE letter.
