SBF are limited available balance flats from past BTOs. Try BTOs, as an elderly, you have better chances, especially if your current flat is within 4km of your BTO flat.
Im married, above 55yrs of age, within 4km of my current flat, applied for 2rm flexi, in nov BTO tengah, & got it within 1st attempt. My friend applied the same and got it within the 1st attempt too.
