Prices for private homes have continued to increase in Q3 2022 due to pent-up demand. According to the PropertyGuru Singapore Property Market Outlook 2023, new price benchmarks were set in the Outside Central Region (OCR) as new major launches for the quarter – AMO Residence, Sky Eden @ Bedok and Lentor Modern – were well-received.
Lentor Modern sold 84% of its 605 units during its weekend launch while AMO Residence sold 98% of its 372 units on its launch weekend. On the other hand, Sky Eden @ Bedok sold nearly 75% of its 158 units on launch day.

Lentor Modern is an upcoming condominium by GuocoLand. The condo is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2026. Lentor Modern has 605 total units.
