What if your MCST is extra abusive? When we moved in, our unit was flooded because MCST let the drains clog. The MCST people barks at us, does not allow us on our industrial unit at night, charges us extra to get in and out, fines us randomly. They even went as far as sending their cleaner in our unit, collect dust and that same cleaner spread the dust in the corridor and than documented (photos) it to incriminate us. We could not believed it, it’s like they are committing crimes and pointing their fingers at us. They also repeatedly ignored our request to get a receipt for the various deposits they asked us to pay. We feel we are basically in enemy territory everyday. What can we do?
