The Downtown Line (DTL) is the fifth train line in Singapore. As the name suggests, the DTL provides a convenient route for commuters to travel to the Central Business District (CBD) such as Downtown and Telok Ayer MRT stations.
With a total of 36 stations and 11 interchanges, the Downtown Line travels all the way to Expo and Bukit Panjang. Residents living near the DTL can expect to see four more stations in the coming years. The upcoming stations will provide accessibility to the Changi Business Park and Expo area.

Hillview lies in the Western part of Singapore, sandwiched between Bukit Batok and Bukit Panjang. Located just off the upper Bukit Timah area, the Hillview area has a plethora of condos.

Similar to Chinatown, Little India is a popular tourist attraction that is bustling with colours, food, history and culture. Residents need not worry about food in this area as there are lots of different cuisines available. Nearby malls include City Square Mall, Mustafa Centre and Tekka Place giving residents more dining and shopping options.
Nevertheless, most of the condos located within the area are on a freehold lease. Piccadilly Grand, which was one of the best-selling condos in Q2 2022, is located nine minutes away from the MRT station.
