For Enbloc, the owner of the land that the apartments would need to sell to developers. There are no private apartment freehold owners, there are only apartment leaseholders. So Who is the owner of the land that the blocks stand on? HDB, PSA, URA?

If the forest patch next to Bukit Batok hillside nature park (which is part of Bukit Batok nature corridor) is cleared for BTO housing development, it will further disrupt ecological connectivity and affect safe movements of wildlife. In that case, you're considered to have enjoyed housing subsidy before. Hence, you'll be considered be considered a second-timer.
