Hi – I am halfway through my 2-year TA (effective Dec 1, 2021 to Nov 30, 2023). I received a message from my landlord that I need to vacate the place within the next 2 months. The reason provided is that he needs to move back in. Is it legally allowed by the landlord to do this? Please note that TA does not have an Early Termination Clause (or equivalent). It does have a diplomatic clause though.
What sounds more fishy is that he has requested me to keep the agent (it was the landlords agent) out of this discussion.
