We signed a tenancy agreement about 45days ahead. At this moment still I have 33 days to start new tenancy which is for 2years and 2months deposit already given at the time signing the agreement. The current house which I lived for last 4years contact ending today. And landlord impressed the way we have used the house and invited us to extend the tenancy after one month break period.. current house is more convenient for commuting and all aspects.
New house lease period starts in another 33 days.. can I cancel newly signed agreement? What would be the consequence? Please help
