Comment on Property agent commission in Singapore: How much should I pay? by Han

Hi, currently I’m looking a unit to rent. I found that some landlords’ agent is asking commission from me. Is it ok? They are asking 1 month commission for 2 years lease and half month commission for 1 year lease. Should I pay for it?
