Hi a couple weeks ago , after viewing a flat we told an agent that we wanted to rent the flat and she told us to transfer security deposit to the landlord. However , 2 days later due to personal reasons we did not want to continue the rental deal, so am I able to get back the so called “security deposit” as there isn’t any agreement signed ?
