Hi a couple weeks ago , after viewing a flat we told an agent that we wanted to rent the flat and she told us to transfer security deposit to the landlord. However , 2 days later due to personal reasons we did not want to continue the rental deal, so am I able to get back the so called “security deposit” as there isn’t any agreement signed ? Please help ,thank you!

Yes North of Singapore besides South will be the the area to watch in the next 20 years. However, the apartment need to face water in the North direction before buying. By the way one with the table in the centre of the Kitchen couple with the stove and sink side by side is super bad. People stay there tend to have quarrels. Will avoid.
