Indicative prices for Zyanya, which is located at Lorong 25A Geylang, begin at $1,590 per sq ft.
Zyanya, a freehold boutique residential project in District 14, has opened for preview, with the official sales launch set on Saturday (18 December).
The development, which is the former Advance Apartment, offers 34 apartment units comprising one- to two-bedders, five three-bedroom plus study dual-key units and four four-bedroom penthouses.
Indicative prices for the units start from $1,590 per sq ft.
Located at Lorong 25A Geylang, Zyanya is just 260 m away from Aljunied MRT on the East West Line. The development is also within walking distance to Mountbatten MRT and Dakota MRT.
Nearby educational institutions include Eton House International School, Geylang Methodist School (Primary) and Kong Hwa School. Other amenities within the vicinity include supermarkets and health care centres.
In an SGX filing, Boldtek Holdings revealed that Zyanya “is developed by NNB 8 Development Pte Ltd, which is 80% owned by the Group’s 50%-owned joint venture company, NNB Global Development Pte. Ltd.”
As such, the Group holds a 40% effective stake in Zyanya.
