ERA Singapore has appointed Doris Ong as its new Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Before the appointment, Ong served as ERA Singapore’s Chief Operating Officer for Project Marketing.
“She will continue to oversee the Project Marketing business in ERA while working closely with CEO Mr. Marcus Chu in strategic planning and management in all aspects of the organization’s operations,” said ERA.
In addition, she will also chair the newly launched ESG by ERA initiative, which is aimed at creating positive environmental impact as well as enhancing social responsibility in ERA’s business.
“I am very excited to take on the new challenges ahead,” said Ong.
“I envision ERA as the trusted and go-to real estate company that can create value and provide strong support for clients, property developers and real estate salespersons alike. Together with Marcus and the management team, I look forward to pave the way towards continued growth for ERA Singapore and achieving greater heights.”
Ong joined ERA in 1991, pioneering ERA’s foray into project marketing. Under her leadership, the project marketing team planned and executed marketing launches for more than 300 international and local residential projects.
“Doris is an integral part of ERA Singapore. As Chief Operating Officer and head of Project Marketing, she has not just opened the doors to Project Marketing for ERA in the past, but also contributed immensely over the years, turning ERA into one of the most dominant players in the Project Marketing scene under her leadership,” said ERA Singapore CEO Marcus Chu.
“In my years of working with her, I have always been inspired by her in-depth understanding of Singapore’s property market, keen business acumen, generosity in sharing her knowledge and strong work ethic. I am excited about what we will achieve together for the benefits of our trusted advisers and clients.”
