Cairnhill 16 to open for preview on Saturday

Cairnhill 16, a 39-unit luxury hilltop development in prime District 9, will open for preview on Saturday (13 November), while the official sales launch is set for 27 November.

Located along Cairnhill Rise, the freehold development sits on the former site of Cairnhill Heights that was sold via a collective sale in 2018.

The 15-storey development features 13 two-bedroom apartments, 13 three-bedders, nine three-bedroom + study units and four four-bedroom apartments.

Unit sizes range from 775 sq ft to 1,744 sq ft, while indicative prices start from $2.2 million for a two-bedder, $2.9 million for a three-bedder, $3.6 million for a three-bedroom + study unit and $5.7 million for a four-bedder.

Served by a private lift, each unit comes with a spacious living and dining area as well as a wide balcony. They are also equipped with imported kitchen cabinets and designer appliances. The top floor units feature high ceilings of up to 4.2m.

Amenities at the development include a 20-metre lap pool, kids pool, jacuzzi pool, indoor gym or fitness terrace as well as barbecue and teppanyaki pavilions at the roof terrace.

Cairnhill 16 is being developed by TSky Cairnhill, which is owned by TSky Development, Ocean City Global, Seacare Property Development and Min Ghee Investment. Notably, TSky Development is a joint venture between Tiong Seng Holdings and Ocean Sky International.

Set for completion in Q1 2023, the development is close to the Orchard Road shopping belt and to three MRT stations, namely, Newton, Orchard and Somerset. It is also within the vicinity of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Paragon Medical Centre, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Ion Orchard, Ngee Ann City, Paragon and the American Club.

Nearby schools include Eton House and the Singapore Management University, as well as choice primary schools, St Margaret’s Primary School and Anglo-Chinese School (Junior).

Cairnhill 16 targets to attain Green Mark GoldPlus certification from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as it will incorporate green initiatives such as energy-efficient LED lighting as well as electric vehicle chargers in the carpark.
