A 999-year leasehold residential redevelopment site at 32-38D Hillview Terrace is jointly put up for sale by their owners with an indicative price of $106 million, revealed marketing agent Colliers International.
Zoned for Residential use under the 2019 Master Plan, the site comprise 14 contiguous terrace factories with a combined land area of 6,531.3 sq m (70,302 sq ft). It has an allowable gross plot ratio of 1.62.
The rare 999-year leasehold site is easily accessible via major roads such as Upper Bukit Timah Road and Bukit Batok Road as well as the Pan Island Expressway. It is also close to the Hillview, Bukit Batok and Bukit Gombak MRT stations.
Colliers noted that the site is also near the mature green spaces within the Bukit Batok Town Park and various shopping facilities such as The Rail Mall, West Mall and HIllv2.
Primary schools within 1km radius to the site include Lianhua Primary School, Keming Primary School as well as Bukit View Primary School.
“This site boasts the exciting potential for developers to create a boutique residential development close to the nature reserve and parks, and offers the convenience of a myriad of amenities located nearby,” said Steven Tan, Colliers’ Executive Director of Investment Services for Singapore.
The tender for the site closes on 9 November.
