While the prices for the November 2021 Kallang/Whampoa BTO flats have not been released, they should be similar to that of the recent August 2021 and February 2021 launches.
It’d be safe to assume that the 4-room flats will start at $500,000, excluding available housing grants. However, if you were to sell your BTO flat after it has MOP-ed, your property will likely fetch a pretty penny.

From Farrer Park MRT, residents can access the North-East Line and arrive at Dhoby Ghaut in two stops. Little India is one stop away (or a 15-minute walk), connecting residents to the Downtown Line.
Additionally, Novena MRT station is also three bus stops away (or a 5-minute bus ride). Shopaholics can easily access the Orchard Road shopping belt via the North-South Line. If you’re a young couple looking to start a family, you’ll likely be looking at the 4-room units. Having three bedrooms is ideal if you’re planning to have one or two children at most.
