Oxley’s two residential projects obtain TOP

Sea Pavilion Residences and Sixteen35 Residences, which recently TOP-ed and are fully sold, are located at 494 Upper East Coast Road and 16 Geylang Lorong 35 respectively.

Property developer Oxley Holdings has obtained Temporary Occupation Permits (TOP) for two more residential development projects in Singapore—Sea Pavilion Residences and Sixteen35 Residences—last month.

Situated at 494 Upper East Coast Road, Sea Pavilion Residences is a five-storey boutique condominium featuring 24 apartment units. The freehold project is fully sold and has a gross development value (GDV) of $33 million.

Facilities at the development include a swimming pool, basement parking and sky garden.

Meanwhile, Sixteen35 Residences, which is located at 16 Geylang Lorong 35, is an institutional mixed-use development project. The 99-year leasehold project is also fully sold and has a GDV of $56 million.

Facilities offered include a gym, outdoor fitness corner, swimming pool and car parking lots.

“As of today, three out of the Group’s ten residential development projects in Singapore have obtained TOP,” said Oxley in an SGX filing on Tuesday (27 July).

It noted that private condominium The Addition was the first to obtain TOP on 21 April 2020. Located near Potong Pasir MRT Station, the project is now fully completed, it said.
