7 HDB Flats and Condos for Rent Under $3,500 / Month

Whether you’re a couple affected by construction delays, or a family who needs more personal space, you may be looking for a more comfortable rental home with a budget of about $3,500 per month. From 2-bedroom condos to spacious HDB maisonette flats, here are seven rental properties to check out.
