According to Teoalida, 38 HDB blocks in Singapore are 41 to 50 storeys high, and 151 flats stand 31 to 40 floors tall. Tanjong Pagar (Central)
The Pinnacle @ Duxton
At 50-storeys tall, these seven HDB blocks take high-rise flats to the next level. Residents on the higher floors can see all the way to Keppel Harbour, Tanjong Pagar and Sentosa.

Holland Village and Buona Vista (Central)
The Holland Village and Buona Vista neighbourhoods have a high percentage of private property covering the areas. However, there is a smattering of HDB flats around the estate.
Prominent schools in the area include Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Fairfield Methodist Secondary School, and Anglo-Chinese Junior College. Those who have young children can look into moving closer to choice primary schools such as Fairfield Methodist School (Primary) and Henry Park Primary School.

Clementi (West)
Many of these tall flats in Clementi are BTO flats built in the 2010s. In addition, you’ll find some super new blocks like Clementi Crest, which haven’t MOP-ed yet. Clementi NorthArc is a BTO project that is still under construction. Its estimated lease commencement date is 1Q to 2Q2022.
In Clementi, notable projects include Trevelis, a DBSS project, and Clementi Towers, the first HDB project integrated with a mall and bus interchange.
