ERA Singapore will be holding the country’s largest virtual real estate gallery for home buyers this month. The ERA Property Mega Show 2021 – which runs over four weekends from the weekend of 5 and 6 June – feature virtual tours of more than 100 new projects across Singapore as well as property market insights from eight of its industry experts.
The inaugural edition held in October 2020 received a positive response with over 168,000 online viewers.
Hosted on the ERA website, property hunters can attend virtual open houses that will be conducted hourly from 10am onwards. The tours will offer immersive virtual viewing experience with 360-degree detailed showcases of the property projects.
“Home buyers can also access property information, factsheet, site/floor plans and available units that they can buy and immediately book personal appointments with ERA agents,” said ERA in a release.
Property hunters can also sign up for webinars, which include topics on how to accelerate asset progression, the new rich buying trend and the wonders offered by freehold properties.
The eight speakers include Chris Chen, Eugene Koh, Alex Lim, Ryner Koh and Zac Huang – all of whom serves as Advisory Group Division Director of ERA Singapore.
Also on the list of speakers are Rodney Tan, Division Director of ERA Singapore; Tracy Teo, Executive Group Division Director of ERA Singapore and Henry Lim, Head of Good Class Bungalow (GCB) & Landed of ERA Singapore.
“The outlook of the property market in Singapore remains positive, and even robust, despite the blows received globally due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Jack Chua, Chief Executive Officer of ERA Singapore.
“Apart from offering property buyers the platform to view these projects virtually amidst tightened measures, ERA also aims at empowering individuals with the latest market insights and deepen their understanding through the property mega show so that they can expand and grow their property portfolios.”
