HDB executive maisonettes are a rare breed these days, but they continue to be highly sought-after after by buyers.
In fact, local DJ Dennis Chew made headlines last year after he bought one for a reasonable $500,000. The latest word is that he’s moved into his newly-renovated digs, just in time for Chinese New Year.
Executive maisonettes are 2-storey HDB flats featuring a kitchen, living and dining area on the lower floor, and bedrooms on the upper floor. They also come equipped with three bathrooms.
