A 5,899 sq ft penthouse, the biggest at Park Nova, was sold for $34.438 million or $5,838 per sq ft (psf), setting a new record for the highest psf price paid in a home sale within Singapore

The ultra-luxurious residential development in District 10 also saw a 4,499 sq ft penthouse sold for $26.026 million.

Shun Tak Holdings Limited revealed that the two penthouses feature five and four en-suite bedrooms respectively, and are fitted with top-end finishes and appliances. They also enjoy 270-degree panoramic views of Singapore’s cityscape.

Aside from the penthouses, five other typical units at the development were sold.

“We are happy with the positive response for Park Nova. The product speaks for itself and the response is a reflection of the confidence our buyers have in our promise and vision,” said Joanne Goh, Assistant Director of Shun Tak Residential Development.

Located at 18 Tomlinson Road, Park Nova offers 54 apartment units, with sizes ranging from 1,432 sq ft to 5,899 sq ft.

“Exhibiting a unique biophilic design, the 21-storey freehold complex is encircled by a lush vertical garden to promote cross-ventilation to avoid overusing air-conditioning and artificial light, to combine modern luxury living with a green and sustainable lifestyle,” said the developer.

“The unique curvature of Park Nova offers 270-degree views of Singapore’s expansive cityscape and creates a sense of interconnectedness and fluidity throughout the space.”

Park Nova’s sales gallery and its two show flats are situated next to Tomlinson Heights (31 Tomlinson Road), with viewings strictly by appointment only.
