ERA Network Realty is contributing more than $10 million to its 2021 COVID-19 business support plan.
The plan comprises three grants, namely digital, training and career, which are aimed to help over 8,000 agents with digital adoption, skill upgrading and career progression.
Under the plan, all ERA Singapore agents will receive around $1,340 each, comprising a $700 digital grant, a $356 training grant and a $283.50 career grant.
The digital grant enables property agents to harness new technologies, of which $500 is allocated to setting up a custom domain and hosting as well as the development of a personal website, project web and ERA Project 360-degree virtual tours. The other $100 can be used by agents for ERA Tech tools such as robo advisor, RealtyWatch by ERA, eSignature, robo chatbot, eBooks and analytics.
The final $100 can be used by agents to offset costs from subscriptions to digital services like accessing condo floor plans, HomeBiz, eLitho and HomeLoan, among others.
Meanwhile, up to $76 of the training grant can be claimed by ERA agents when they attend Continuing Professional Development courses by RIA School, while $100 in Ultimate Agent Training eVouchers can be redeemed by agents on myERA.
The remaining $180 can be used by agents to cover expenses incurred when attending conferences such as the Asia Pacific Business Conference and Career Advancement Day Quarter Conferences.
The career grant can be used to fully offset an agent’s real estate salesperson license renewal if it was paid within 1 to 31 October 2020. The grant can also be used for other business outflows like prospecting or recruitment matters.
