Park & Sayer, the latest phase of Lendlease’s Elephant Park development in London, will be launched for sale to Singapore buyers on 8 and 9 May at the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore.

Located at the heart of Elephant Park within London’s Zone 1, Park & Sayer offers 229 units of one- and two-bedroom apartments that come with balconies and terraces.

Onsite amenities include 24-hour concierge service, a 24th-floor sky lounge with a dining room, flexible working space, a gym, an elevated garden and exercise space, and a business suite with complimentary WiFi.

Apartments are available via Knight Frank—which is launching Park & Sayer with One Global Property Services—with prices starting from £599,950 (S$1.11 million) for a one-bedroom unit and £749,950 (S$1.388 million) for a two-bedder.

Designed by renowned architects Arney Fender Katsalidis, in collaboration with interior designers, Johnson Naylor, the building enjoys direct frontage to one of the biggest new parks in London while sitting alongside the new restaurant destination, Sayer Street. Construction work is slated for completion in the second half of 2024.

“With exceptional transport links, these new homes will be moments away from the Southbank, the West End and the City of London. Yet right on their doorstep is an oasis of green space in the brand new 2.5-acre park, edged by vibrant park-side restaurants, cafes and shopping. Park & Sayer is that rare combination of the best of urban living, and with nature quite literally all around you,” said Kristy Lansdown, Lendlease’s Project Director for Elephant Park.

Once completed, Elephant Park will feature four and a half hectares of public space and a low carbon energy centre. It will also see the planting of more than 1,300 trees within the borough and a brand new park complete with water features, play areas, and mature trees.

“Situated in the well-connected location of Elephant & Castle, Zone 1 London, the area will be familiar to Singaporean buyers with many having purchased in the previous phases,” said Nicholas Keong, Head of Residential International Project Marketing at Knight Frank Singapore.

One Global Property Services’ Founder & Managing Director James Puddle noted that Park & Sayer provides “an ideal entry point for buyers looking to invest in the longstanding redevelopment of Elephant & Castle”.

“The neighbourhood is expected to become one of the Capital’s most vibrant destinations for living, working and simply enjoying. With bustling streets filled with local and independent retailers, restaurants and a brand-new park, Park & Sayer is at the centre of a growing community with life and soul. This will be a great choice for Singaporean buyers looking to invest into Zone 1 London,” he added.
