One-North Eden, a mixed-use development project by TID in prime District 5, is set to open for preview this Saturday (10 April), with bookings slated on 24 April when the project is launched.

TID Pte Ltd is a joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings Limited and Japan’s Mitsui Fudosan.

Located between One-North Gateway and Slim Barracks Rise, the 99-year leasehold project comprises two blocks of 13-storey and 15-storey residential flats with restaurants at the first storey. Specifically, it offers 165 residential units and six restaurant spaces.

Apartment sizes range from 517 sq ft for a one-bedroom with study to 1,410 sq ft for the biggest four-bedroom premium unit.

The one-bedroom with study is priced from $995,000, while a two-bedder goes from $1.288 million. The three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, on the other hand, are priced from 1.768 million and $2.288 million, respectively.

All units are equipped with Daikin Smart Hub which integrates smart devices into a single-control platform like the remote controlling of air conditioning within the living and master bedroom.

Four-bedroom units are also fitted with a smart mirror that works as a traditional mirror and multi-entertainment tablet.

Almost all unit types also come with a study room, while the top floor units feature high volume spaces in the living and dining areas.

Facilities at the development include a 50-metre lap pool, clubhouse, kid’s pool, cantilever gym and visual sky garden. There is also a function room which doubles as a meeting room.

One-North Eden is near Buona Vista and one-north MRT stations, while the Central Business District is a 15-minute drive away via the Ayer Rajah Expressway.

Nearby schools include Fairfield Methodist Primary and Secondary School, Anglo-Chinese Junior College, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), INSEAD, National University of Singapore, United World College of South East-Asia (Dover Campus) and ESSEC Business School.

“There is currently a strong demand for residential units in the one-north area, so the launch of this project comes at an opportune time. It has been 14 years since a residential project was built here and private residential options are limited,” said Yoichi Kaga, Managing Director of TID Pte. Ltd.

Expected to TOP before end-December 2024, One-North Eden is designed by P&T Consultants and Japanese architectural firm Hoshino Architects, and award-winning luxury interior designer SuMisura.

Its sales gallery, which is situated across Nucleos Building, 21 Biopolis Road, S(138567), is open from 9am to 9pm.
