Normanton Park, a residential development project of Kingsford Huray Development, is set to open for public preview by appointment only this Saturday (2 January 2021).
Likely to be the biggest new project launch in 2021, the development features 1,840 one- to five-bedroom units and penthouses spread across nine 24-storey towers. Unit sizes range from 45 sq m to 167 sq m.
It also has 22 two-storey strata terrace units measuring 196 sq m as well as eight commercial units measuring between 43 sq m to 104 sq m.
Indicative prices range from $7XX,XXX for the one-bedroom units, $1,0XX,XXX for the two-bedders, $1,47X,XXX for the three-bedders, $2,0XX,XXX for the four-bedders and $2,79X,XXX for the five-bedders.
The strata terraces, on the other hand, are priced from $3,42X,XXX and the commercial units from S$2,0XX,XXX.
Most of the units will enjoy pool views as the nine residential towers strategically encircle several large pools, while the 22 strata terraces come with adjoining pool access.
“In addition, all residential towers are elevated 18.8 metres above ground level, possibly commanding views of Singapore Downtown, Southern Ridges or the southern coastline,” said Kingsford Hurray Development in a release on Thursday (31 December).
It noted that Normanton Park will complete the Building and Construction Authority’s Quality Mark assessment “which measures the quality of workmanship in every unit of a newly completed private residential project”.
“With that, Normanton Park will possibly be one of the largest residential developments in Singapore to achieve 100% Quality Mark certification.”
The development will offer 110 facilities including a waterside pavilion, sky pavilion, aqua gym, 150m pool, 50m lap pool, basketball court, toddler’s playground, firefly garden, rainforest corridor and zen garden, among others.
Located near Kent Ridge MRT Station, Normanton Park is close to major roads like West Coast Highway, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway, Ayer Rajah Expressway and Marina Coastal Expressway.
It is also near the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront as well as the upcoming Jurong Lake District.
Business centres and shopping destinations close by include Science Park 1, Science Park 2, Fusionopolis, Biopolis, Mapletree Business City, Alexandra Retail Centre, IKEA Alexandra, Anchorpoint Shopping Centre and The Star Vista.
Nearby educational institutions include National University of Singapore, Anglo-Chinese Junior College, INSEAD Asia Campus, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), New Town Primary School and Crescent Girls’ School.
In conjunction with the development’s launch, a lucky draw will be organised in which 10 units of Mercedes-Benz A-Class 180 Hatchback Style with 1.4L engine will be given out to the winners.
“Purchasers and their respective licensed real estate salespersons of the first 800 units sold at Normanton Park who meet with eligibility conditions will be entitled to participate in the lucky draw,” said the developer.
Set to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit in 2023, Normanton Park’s marketing agencies are ERA Singapore, OrangeTee and Tie, Huttons Asia, PropNex and SRI.
Its sales gallery and showsuites are located at 1 Normanton Park.
