Most analysts are cautiously optimistic about the HDB resale market, with transaction volumes recovering in 2015, even as prices continued to decline, albeit at a slower rate than before. At the same time, the Executive Condominium market seems to be slowing, despite the raising of the income ceiling for this property segment.
