Listed property developer GuocoLand has done it again. Following the incredible feat of transforming the Tanjong Pagar neighbourhood with Guoco Tower, an award-winning integrated development, they recently unveiled its latest mega mixed-development Guoco Midtown, set to do the same for the Beach Road area.
