The Group has been consistent in launching well-reviewed projects, such as Parc Clematis, The Gazania and The Lilium. Parc Clematis, the developer’s largest project to date, has sold 40% of 1,468 units. Multiple Award-Winner at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore)
SingHaiyi triumphed 6 awards at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), which included winner of Best Universal Design Development, Best Mega-Scale Condo Development, Best Strata Housing Interior Design and Best Strata Housing Landscape Architectural Design for Parc Clematis. Parc Clematis was further crowned as Best Universal Design Development (Asia) during the 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final ceremony in Thailand.
The Gazania was also awarded the Best New Private Condo Landscape Architectural Design trophy. Inspired by the sun-loving gazania flowers basking in the radiant sunshine, it aims to bring forth a warm and vibrant atmosphere and feel to residents in their home.
The judges at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) say: “SingHaiyi Group inspires community-building through its well-curated residential projects providing multigeneration living ecosystems with inspired communal facilities and universal design which encourages interaction and conviviality.”
