In addition, this condo earned SingHaiyi four awards at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2018, including Best Executive Condo Development. SingHaiyi Group Limited’s Recent Projects

The Group has been consistent in launching well-reviewed projects, such as Parc Clematis, The Gazania and The Lilium. Parc Clematis, the developer’s largest project to date, has sold 40% of 1,468 units. Offering easy access to shopping malls, educational institutions and walking distance to the Clementi MRT station, the 1,450 units development with 12 strata terraces and 6 strata bungalows is located between Downtown Core and the second CBD of Jurong in the heart of West Singapore. It is due for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in the third quarter of 2023.

The Gazania, a freehold 250 units condominium on How Sun Drive, and The Lilium, also a freehold property comprising 80 units on How Sun Road, are very well-located and just three to five minutes’ walk from the Bartley MRT Station. The Gazania is due for TOP in the second half of 2022 and The Lilium will TOP in end of 2021.

9 Penang Road (formerly Park Mall), had obtained TOP in Oct 2019. This Grade A office building is a stone’s throw from the bustling Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange Station, and close to the Orchard Road commercial and shopping belt.

 

Multiple Award-Winner at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 

SingHaiyi triumphed 6 awards at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), which included winner of Best Universal Design Development, Best Mega-Scale Condo Development, Best Strata Housing Interior Design and Best Strata Housing Landscape Architectural Design for Parc Clematis. Parc Clematis was further crowned as Best Universal Design Development (Asia) during the 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final ceremony in Thailand.

The Gazania was also awarded the Best New Private Condo Landscape Architectural Design trophy. Inspired by the sun-loving gazania flowers basking in the radiant sunshine, it aims to bring forth a warm and vibrant atmosphere and feel to residents in their home.

The judges at  the  9th  PropertyGuru  Asia  Property  Awards  (Singapore)  say:  “SingHaiyi Group inspires community-building through its well-curated residential projects providing multigeneration living ecosystems with inspired communal facilities and universal design which encourages interaction and conviviality.”
