Oxley Holdings’ Recent Projects
With over 10 projects in the pipeline, Oxley Holdings has generated recent buzz with three award-winning residential projects: Kent Ridge Hill Residences, 1953, and The Verandah Residences.
Kent Ridge Hill Residences is a low-density luxury condominium perched on a vantage point that overlooks the sea and natural landscapes – just one of the project’s many unique selling points. The tranquil condominium development is close to CBD, Sciences Park, NUS, NUH and shopping malls; the Pasir Panjang MRT station is also just within walking distance of the project. The property also boasts residents-only private access to Kent Ridge Park. In 2018, Kent Ridge Hill Residences sold almost over half of its phase one units within two days of launch.
The Verandah Residences, which also shares similar themes of tranquillity and tropical living, sold 76 100% of its stock within 3 months of after its launch in 2018. Within the gates of The Verandah Residences, residents will find colonial-themed buildings that take on hints of black-and-white facades and verandahs – mirroring the history of nearby colonial shophouses located in Pasir Panjang.
On the other hand, 1953 is a mixed-use project that combines 58 residential units with 14 commercial units in one of Singapore’s liveliest neighbourhood: District 8. A modern building is being erected behind the current row of shophouses, integrating the development into the rich history of the city fringe.
The three residential developments are due for completion in 2023.
Multiple Award-Winner at The 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore)
Recently at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), Oxley Holdings scooped up four trophies including Best New Private Condo Development for Kent Ridge Hill Residences, Best New Private Condo Architectural Design for The Verandah Residences and Best Heritage Development for 1953. A Special Recognition for Design And Construction was also awarded to the Group for their ability to amalgamate their building’s designs with the uniqueness of their surrounding areas.
“Boasting ambitious design qualities and beautifully executed construction, Oxley Holdings creates striking narrative arcs within its developments, resonating with cultural and environmental influences, while being inspired by mood and world-famous architectural styles such as Art Deco,” judges of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) noted.
Oxley Holdings is no newcomer to receiving accolades in the design categories of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore). Their exceptional designs have been recognised in 2017 when they were awarded Best Hotel Architectural Design for the Novotel on Stevens, Mercure on Stevens and Best Office Architectural Design for Oxley Tower.
