Owing to the height of the condominiums’ towers, the developer has incorporated 18 experiential sky gardens across the two residential towers. Unit types
Consisting of one- to four-bedroom layouts, the units at Avenue South Residences are further categorised into three “Collections”: Peak, Horizon and Heritage.
Peak Collection units are premium apartments located between the 37th and 56th storeys. Towering above the sky court (on the 36th storey), they boast unobstructed city and sea views.
Horizon Collection units are located between the 4th and 35th storeys. According to the developer, they are designed for “a life of sophistication befitting visionaries”.
Heritage Collection units are housed within five heritage buildings. These have been restored to serve the dual purpose of residential and commercial space.
